The Path of Joy

When you have reached a time in your life when there is no more forward movement, or when you feel caught up in things that you don’t really care about. This is the time to look for joy.

The Path of Joy is a mentorship program for creators, which actually means it is for everyone. Because we are all constantly creating our own lives. Often we create out of fear of failure and we make sure our lives are filled with safety nets. The problem is that we tend to get caught up in our own nets and then we can’t move any more. The more we twist and turn, the tighter the net forms around us until we cannot breathe anymore. And suddenly you have become a spider captured in your own creation. This is not how it is suppose to be.

Through this mentorship program you will learn how to become a creator of freedom. You will work with setting boundaries, stating your intentions and to weave your dreams into reality through the practice of deep listening. Only you know where your joy is and therefore only you can find it. I am only here to give you the tools and skills you need to get there.

Program overview:

This program can be designed individually for you, but the basic setup is this:

1. Introductory meeting

This is a 1,5 hour meeting (online or in Copenhagen) where I learn about your situation and where we start working on your intentions for this program.

2. Full day workshop

This is a full day of contemplation, poetic discussions and practicing the skills of deep listening and creating from a place of freedom, all framed by the intentions set by you. You will leave this day with the answers you need to make the right decisions in your life right now.

3. Half-day integration workshop

The purpose of this workshop is to make sure that all the gifts that you received during the previous workshop get fully integrated and that the process can come to a closure. Ideally, this will happen around 3 weeks after the full day workshop.

Practicalities:

I am based in Copenhagen and therefore I will invite you to join me here for at least the full day workshop.
